How to pay rent:

 

We accept three methods of payment.  They are as follows:

 

 

1) Pre-Authorization

 

Pre-authorized payments are the preferred method of payment.  Pre-Authorization forms can be submitted at the office drop box. To request a Pre-Authorization form call or email the contact info as given below.

 

 

2) E-transfers

 

E-tranfers are a convenient way to pay rent.  Make payments to southsideestates1979@gmail.com ONLY.  The password should be as given when arranging to pay via this method. Also note it is important to include your Lot # in the "notes" or "message" section when submitting payment.

 

 

3) Checks

 

Due to the passing of John Wiens we will  no longer accept checks made out to him. Please make your checks payable to “Southside Estates” from now on.

CASH SHOULD NEVER BE PLACED IN THE RENT SLOT AT OFFICE. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET IN PERSON IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CASH
